Workshop and tutorials proposals

Proposal deadline: February 12th, 2018 March 1st, 2018

Eurohaptics 2018 solicits proposals for tutorials and workshops, to be held on Wednesday, June 13th, 2018 preceding the full conference. Informal enquiries are encouraged, however a formal submission will be requested for consideration and to be uploaded on the website and included in the proceedings.
The goal of workshops and tutorials is disseminating knowledge and engaging focused discussions on topics important to the haptics community. They offer an informal environment for attendees with common interests and diverse perspectives. They could be aimed at presenting new approaches to basic or applied research, new methodologies, design innovation, theoretical analyses, emerging research areas, or connections to other fields of research. Workshop presentations should not duplicate presentations at the main conference, but could deepen the analysis, discuss theoretical accounts, or even present related material. Multiple workshops will be run on parallel tracks.

To propose a workshop or a tutorial, please fill the form available here and e-mail it with your name and affiliation to workshop@eurohaptics2018.org
